Use the search bar at the top of the left panel. You can search by address, owner name, or PIN (Parcel Identification Number). Start typing and select from the suggestions, or press Enter to search. Use the Advanced Sales Search panel on the left side. Set your desired date range, price range, and property class filters, then click "Search Sales" to find matching properties. Click on any parcel on the map to open its Property Details panel on the right. You can view owner info, property data, assessment values, voting districts, and property images. The Property Record Card is an official document from the Assessor's office containing detailed property information. You can access it from the Property section in the details panel. Form 11 is the official Notice of Assessment from the Allen County Assessor. It shows the assessed value of your property. Access it from the Property section in the details panel. Select "Aerial" from the basemap selector at the bottom of the map. A timeline slider will appear showing aerial imagery from 1938 to 2024. Drag the slider to view different years.

Getting Started

  1. Search for a property — Use the search bar to find properties by address, owner, or PIN.
  2. Click on the map — Click any parcel to view its details in the Property Details panel.
  3. View property information — Expand the sections for Owner, Property, Assessment, Voting, and Images.
  4. Compare sales — Use Advanced Sales Search to find comparable property sales in your area.
  5. Download data — Use the download button on the sales results table to export data as CSV.
  6. Switch basemaps — Use the pillbox at the bottom of the map to switch between Hybrid, Streets, and Aerial views.
  7. Toggle layers — Click the orange Layers button to turn map layers on and off.
